Other information

1. Registration deadline is 3 weeks prior to the start of each camp.
2. Registration is limited to ensure quality, individualized instruction. An equal number of spaces will be reserved for male and female campers until June 1.
3. Registration received after June 1, please add $25 to total camp cost.
4. Shumka School reserves the right to cancel camps that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements.
5. Shumka School reserves the right to substitute instructors if necessary.
6. A $100 deposit per camper must be included with registration. Balance is due June 1, and should be included with registration form as a post-dated cheque or credit card information.
7. Deposits are non-refundable. Refund of balance only with doctor's certificate. NO refunds will be issued after three weeks prior to each camp.
8. Participants of DancePlus Camps and Dance Intensives are required to bring their own lunch. Two snacks provided daily.
9. Placement in DancePlus Camps, Overnight Camps, and Mountain Camps is determined by age only; no prior dance experience is necessary. Dance Intensives require some prior dance experience, but not necessarily in Ukrainian dance. Students of all dance disciplines are welcome.
