Registration Information
New students are requested to attend a placement session in order to be placed within the Core Program (Syllabus Grades 1 - 9). Dancers registering for Pre-Beginner, Beginner, Enrichment or Professional classes need not attend and may register without placement. Placement sessions are not auditions. Rather, they are used to determine which class is best suited to a dancer's needs. Students are placed according to ability, age and experience.
Registrations can be accepted by phone, mail, email or fax. For further information on scheduling or to receive a Program Guide and Registration Contract please call or email the Shumka School office (780) 452-5012 or ssd@shumka.com.
