Ukrainian Shumka Dancers Advisory Foundation
The Ukrainian Shumka Dancers Foundation was created in 1994 to serve in an advisory capacity to Shumka. Guided by its primary objective to wholly support Shumka, the Foundation Board advises Shumka in such areas as governance, mentorship, financial self-sufficiency initiatives and contract negotiations, as well as artistic and strategic planning. The Foundation Board consists of representatives of the Executive and general membership of Shumka, and Shumka's Alumni Association.
